Every year, the MACFIS commitee holds events aimed at empowering fellow undergraduates in terms of knowledge, skills and networking opportunities. They run in multiple formats including case study competitions, workshops, speaker sharing sessions and panel sessions. Topics of interest usually revolve around accounting, finance and popular topics in industries (e.g. fintech). In most cases, we collaborate with working professionals to deliver content, and this may involve working with other student societies as well. 

MACFIS also hosts and partake in more 'light-hearted' events. We have been part of the Malaysian Students' Outreach Fair (MUSOF) for 3 years since it's inception, allowing us to be one of five societies to share our members' experiences studying in the UK with pre-university students. Apart from that, we hold Onboarding, a networking dinner for Accounting and Finance undergraduates in preparation for the new academic year.
